暗瘡﹐國語是面皰﹐(但我懷疑現在還有國語人這樣叫的嗎﹖)它的形成不是由一個偶然引發的﹐而是由兩個或以上的巧合而引發出來的。換句話說﹐如果只有一個合適條件的話﹐暗瘡是長不出來的。
條件一﹕新陳代謝活躍期的錯失
表皮的新陳代謝由細胞分裂的基層開始﹐然後再經有棘層﹐顆粒層繼續分裂﹐變為角質層﹐再變成死皮﹐從皮膚上掉下來。細胞就是這樣每四個星期更換一次。而這種細胞分裂﹐正是晚上十時到清晨二時為活躍期。如果錯失了在活躍期中休息﹐會間接令新陳代謝功能減弱﹐因此新細胞不能順利產生﹐死細胞經常停留在皮膚上﹐阻塞毛孔﹐形成了暗瘡生長的合適條件。
條件二﹕化妝品與動物性脂肪
攝取過量的動物性脂肪會促進皮脂分泌﹐刺激毛囊壁形成毛孔阻塞。面上殘留的化妝品也會阻塞毛孔﹐形成了暗瘡生長的又一個合適條件。
條件三﹕悲哀的便秘

June 11 Phototo bee and crystal:
thanx for your help. you know what: edit my space -> photos -> create album -> add photo -> save and close is only available for PC. I was using safari on a mac and if I go to space -> photo, no such setting, it only let me browse my album if I have one. no wonder I can't find it. that sucks. cause I did most the work here at my work using a mac. I am using dial-up at home, can't upload photos la.. that will take forever forever.... sigh...... :(
One more suck thing I found out from spaces. I still can't go to 7-itch's website. I find out I can't even go to my own website sometimes. it said it is temporary unavailable. I have to login before I can go to my space. shoot!!!!
